    We are always in a rush; we want to get to school, work or another place in time. In the morning we run after the bus, subway, a taxi or drive our car and get stuck in the traffic. All day we are busy with work, school, projects, homework, learning, cooking etc.

   I am asking, when do we have time for ourselves, to do what we enjoy? Life’s short and we should remind us that we need some relaxing moments spent to meditate or with our family, friends.

   Unfortunately, we forget to enjoy little things that don’t cost us a lot of money or sometimes nothing.

   Smile in the morning; think about real things that matter in life and for what you are grateful.

   Look at an amazing sunset and enjoy the moment relaxing in your favorite place in your garden.

   Walk on the grass and smell the flowers, read whatever makes you happy, watch your favorite show and try to learn something from it.

   Get out on your balcony or garden if you have one and enjoy the fresh air in the evening or wake up earlier in the morning and do something for you, as reading your favorite blogs or books, just sit on your chair with your comfy dressing gown and drink what you like, coffee or cappuccino like me 🙂
