How do you feel when you are close to something you are terrified of?
Being near your worst nightmare can make you very vulnerable. You could feel that you can’t breath and need to get somewhere to get fresh air into your lungs. You are walking disorientated and confused, wondering what to do next and hope that maybe that way you are able to escape the next panic attack that is coming.
In the end, you have no powers and give up fighting, you lie down on the grass. Then, you look at the sky, see the stars and start to calm down. Finally, you are relaxed and think about great things.
